Whilst I was down at a bird hide in Pegwell Bay during Easter school holidays, I was watching some waders with my binoculars. A family of four came in and were trying to see what birds they could see but they were too far away. At that moment, two seals appeared in the bay and were playing around in the water. I offered my binoculars to the family who took it in turns to find the seals and watch them for a while. The children were very happy and it meant they could have a much nicer experience that day.
